OUTER DIA METER
LENGTH 		: 03 mm to 20 mm
: 10 mm to 50 mm
The rollers are manufactured from qualified steel after it is tested and paned through several forging & superfinishing operations. They can be hardend to 60 to 67 or as per customer specifications.

DOWEL PINS
VSBI offers precision ground dowel pins in metric inches.

MATERIALS
Heat treated alloy steel EN31/52100.

HARDNESS
60 to 64 HRC.

FINISH DIAMETER
As per customer's specification or as per ANSI - B 18-2-1978 or 5 micron oversize and in inches 0.0002" to 0.0005". Surface finish = 0.2 Ra.
